The colony sim “Going Medival”, which restores the collapsed Middle Ages, has been released in Japanese. Sold more than 1 million bottles in early access for about 4 years

Mythwright began releasing the official version of “Going Medieval” on March 18th. The price is 3,400 yen (tax included), and 2,720 yen (tax included) is a 20% off sale for two weeks after release.

“Going Medieval” is a sandbox-type medieval colony simulation game set in a world after civilization has collapsed due to a plague, and leads survivors to rebuild a village.
The player starts with a small number of survivors and develops the walled space into a settlement.


This game has been in early access for more than 4 years and has sold more than 1 million copies in total. It has over 15,000 reviews on Steam and has a “very positive” rating.
This official version includes the addition of a completely revamped progression system, “Grand Objectives”, improved tutorials and new player channels, and large-scale QoL improvements.
