The store page for the Japanese-style carom billiards adventure RPG ‘Kumo-a-aki,’ where you turn enemies into spheres and knock them out by hitting them with other enemies, is now available

On November 5, the Old Century Retina Museum released the store page for the Steam game “Cloudwalker.” The release is scheduled for 2027.

「 ‘Kumo-aki’ is a Japanese-style carom billiards adventure RPG where you travel through the island nation of Yashima, located in the Far East, reminiscent of medieval Japan.
Yashima is a nation that has adopted Junkyo, a continental-origin religion for national protection. The protagonist Mana travels Yashima as a saint double with magical powers called the ‘Priestess of Urd.’

The original rule of this game, ‘Carom Billiards,’ is a billiards game without holes, characterized by the ball frequently running across the table for long periods. In this game, Carom Billiards is represented by turning enemies into balls and hitting them with other enemies to defeat them.

The game is scheduled for release in 2027, with support in both Japanese and English. A reference book is also planned for release.
