On October 13, Clumsy Bear Studio began releasing the official version of the Steam game “Hungry Horrors.” The price is 1,700 yen (tax included), and until October 20, it is 20% off, making it 1,360 yen (tax included).

“Hungry Horrors” is a deck-building adventure game based on monsters from British and Irish folklore.
The protagonist of this work is a spoiled princess who grew up spoiled.
A curse that brings hunger spreads throughout the kingdom, and the princess must hone her cooking skills to save the kingdom and feed monsters their meals.

When you encounter a monster, choose dishes from your deck based on how hungry it is and what flavors it craves.
You can also strengthen your cooking cards by using the order in which you serve dishes and by using spices, and your strategy changes with each challenge depending on the cooking tools and artifacts you obtain along the way.

All the monsters, characters, and artifacts appearing are based on stories and legends from across England and Ireland, and dishes such as Cranakán, Yorkshire pudding, and eel jelly are all based on real recipes.

The official version features 8 areas, 34 types of monsters, 62 cooking cards, and more, offering two modes: a campaign mode where you progress through the story, and a banquet mode where you take on a challenging adventure in a short time. Why not take this opportunity to give it a try?
