On October 15, room6 began accepting pre-orders for the Switch / Switch 2 version of ‘Ray of the Moonlight of the Träumerei,’ which is currently available on Steam. The release date is scheduled for November 19.
“The Moonlight of Traumerei” is an action game where you chase ghosts alongside a variety of unique plush toys.
The story follows a boy named Tete, who spent sleepless days because of ghosts appearing in his dreams, and one night, a girl named Luna appears, leading him to fight ghosts together with mysterious stuffed animals.
Since Tetae lacks the ability to fight ghosts, he can only run away, and the stuffed animals that follow him will fight in his place. The stuffed animals have various personalities, such as attacking from close, shooting bullets from afar, and excelling at healing, with 40 different plush toys reportedly appearing.
Additionally, Tete can dress in over 20 different costumes, which can enhance the plush toy depending on the outfit, or have major weaknesses and various effects. Combine many plush toys and items to overcome nightmares with every costume.
Currently, to celebrate the release of the Switch version, special sales are being held around the release date. If you’re interested, be sure to check it out early.
