『コンストラクション シミュレーター3』では、カメラの操作性にバリエーションが加わり、カメラの視点移動やズーム機能が追加されました。自走タイプの車両では運転席からの視点（コックピットビュー）を楽しめたり、高所のクレーン車両では、クレーンのフックからの視点を選択することができるように。ズームイン／アウトなどの制御も可能となり、作業効率が高まるだけではなく、工事現場の臨場感もよりリアルに体感いただくことができます。
